The requirements for Pengangkatan Pertama are:

a. Civil servant status

b. Have good integrity and morality;

c. Physically and mentally healthy;

d. Hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma IV in accordance with the educational qualifications required for JF Keahlian (the field of education is determined in the PermenPANRB of JF respectively)

e. Have a Diploma of at least a senior high school or equivalent in accordance with the educational qualifications required for JF Keterampilan (the field of education is determined in the PermenPANRB of JF respectively)

f. The lowest Predikat Kinerja score in the last 1 (one) year

g. Other conditions set by the Minister (stipulated in the PermenPANRB of JF respectively)
